Method 2: Overriding High DPI Scaling

Many times it has been seen that this option works for the users to fix the taskbar. Let’s take a look at the steps used in this procedure:

Step 1: Look for the browser icon in your taskbar. Select it and right click two times. Select Properties option from the list.

Step 2: Now, choose the Compatibility Tab.

Step 3: In the next step, check the tab “Override high DPI scaling behavior”. In upcoming additions of Windows, there are three options under this option: Application, System, System (Enhanced).

Step 4: At the end, click on the Apply button and then exit.

Step 5: Restart and then check that issue is resolved or not.

Method 3: Turn Visual Effects off

If the problem is arising due to visual effects, then we can turn it off. We do it with the help of the Control panel. Let’s understand the steps for doing the same:

Step 1: Open the Control Panel of your computer system.

Step 2: Then, select System and Security.

Step 3: Among the displayed options, select.

Step 4: Now, from the left pane, select the Advanced System Setting A new window will be displayed. Now choose the Advanced tab.

Step 5: From the Performance area, click on.

Step 6: Check the radio button “Adjust for Best Performance”. Click on Apply and then OK New settings will be saved.
