Covid 19 Cases Are Rising in the U.S.

There had been a lot of progress that we have seen in the last few months. But that is all going down the drain now. This is because we are seeing a rise in the number of Covid cases in America. This rise is going up and the rate is also increasing.

This was last seen in last year’s winter when after the lockdown everything started to come down at a pleasant number. The restrictions were also loosened because of the decrease in the number of Covid cases in America. However, that seems to be short-lived since we are now seeing an increasing number of people who are infected by the virus.

Covid 19 Cases Are Rising in the U.S.

The cases are most prominent in the south. The combination of the delta variant and the resistance of some of the people to get the vaccine even though it was FDA approved quite recently. Now the delta variant is actually very contagious which was first found in India.

Now, this variant is posing a lot of trouble to the people in the USA. The only defense that someone has is the vaccine which can reduce their chances of dying if they get infected by the virus. However many people are not ready to understand and agree to take the vaccine which is complicating the situation even further.

There had been more and more people who are infected by the virus getting admitted to the hospitals. This is indeed a worry to think about. This is once again looking like the situation in January which is not very good if we recall. Several hospitals are also on the brink of full.

“The problem we are going to have now is that we have been trying for a long time to educate people on the basis of science, but I think that most of the education that is actually happening right now is more or less based on tragedy and personal tragedy,” said Dr. Ryan Stanton.

So that’s what the situation is right now. We are holding our breath. Will the same situation happen again? Time will tell.
